Story: 1 Samuel 24:1-22/ 2 Samuel 1:1-16
In spite of Saul’s evil pursuits and death wish for David, David respected and honored “The Lord’s Anointed.” Not because of Saul’s behavior but because of Saul’s position established by God.
Out of honor for God, we should respect those God has placed over us.
